Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.

Session notes (if any): 12 months, then securely deleted.

We provide SHFE sessions delivered online via Zoom (or similar). We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Booking & access

You’ll receive a confirmation email and a scheduling link after purchase. Please join from a quiet space with a stable internet connection.

3. Client responsibilities

Show up on time, be present, and ensure your tech works. You agree not to record or distribute session content without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All website content, copy, images, and session materials are owned by Zan Birk. Personal use only; no resale, distribution, or derivatives without permission.

5. Results disclaimer

Experiences vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We want this to feel safe and fair:

Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days after your session if you feel it wasn’t valuable. Email [email protected] with your order details.

Cancellation: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund.

Reschedule: You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your session at no cost via the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

Late arrivals / no-shows: If you miss the session or arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may consider it a no-show and the session is forfeited (no refund).

Technical issues: If connectivity problems prevent the session from running, we’ll reschedule at no cost.
